Hello, MyWorkLive Community!
We are committed to making our platform as fair and safe as possible for both executors and advertisers. Today, we are introducing two important updates regarding task reviews.
1. Automatic Task Approval
We value your time. To protect executors from long waiting periods, we are implementing a new rule:
Starting from [Insert Date Here], advertisers will have exactly 5 days (120 hours) to review your submitted task report.
If the advertiser fails to review your work (either approve or reject it) within this period, the system will AUTOMATICALLY APPROVE your submission. The funds will be credited to your balance.
2. What to do if you are unfairly rejected?
We also want to protect you from dishonest advertisers.
If you are certain that you completed a task exactly as instructed, but the advertiser unfairly rejected your work:
You must file an appeal! On the completed task card, use the "File an Appeal" (or "Dispute") button.
Attach clear proof (screenshots) and briefly explain why you believe the rejection was incorrect.
If you have any problems with the appeal process, please contact Support immediately.
Please do not ignore unfair rejections! Every appeal you file helps us identify and ban scammers, making MyWorkLive better for everyone.
Thank you for your work!
